After viewing and measuring your space, we will create a complete and comprehensive floor plan for you that meets your every need. We encourage clients to assist with the design by selecting their most loved pieces of furniture, wall art, or heirlooms. We will make sure that everything will fit comfortably.

Sort & Organize

We will carefully and respectfully organize everything in your home systematically into designated categories.

Pack & Label

All packing supplies will be provided and everything will be carefully packed and labeled in preparation for a seamless move.

Coordinate Move

We will plan the move to meet the client's timeline.

Unpack and Setup New Residence

We don't just pack and unpack. Your new home will be completely set up with beds made, hangings on the wall, all by the end of move day.

Estate/Content Sale

We will arrange, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the unwanted items to be sold.

Donate & Dispose

We will handle all the remaining items not sold by donating or disposing of them.

Stage and Prepare Your Home for Re-Sale

Staging is key to selling your home quickly and at a higher price point. We will evaluate your home, in and out, and make suggestions and recommendations on how to rearrange and transform your home using your existing furniture and accessories to make your home look its best. The goal is to create a property that buyers can immediately see themselves living in and market the house as if it's already the buyer's new home. With some clever staging, we can get your home sold quickly and relieve the stress of having to manage two households.

Assist with Minor Home Repairs

Elite Senior Services can assist with any minor home repairs that you might need such as a loose doorknob. If your home requires any major repairs, ESS will work along side a reputable contractor to ensure that any major repairs that are needed are handled quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Items to Family Members

Whether family treasures needs to be shipped outside of province or out of the country, we will pack it carefully and securely and ensure it arrives safely.

Cleaning Services

Our cleaning service is designed to get your former home sparkling clean and ready for the new owners. We will also clean and prep your new home for your arrival.
